Rancho Cordova isn’t so far from town, but we still had to take the trip to see the Monster Mini-Golf they offer. It’s a unique attraction (right across from the Old Spaghetti Factory) and one of the best we’ve seen.
Not only is it fun (which is a bare minimum) but it’s big, it has a live DJ, and the whole place is 100% wheelchair accessible, which is normal, but the way they did it makes it so it doesn’t even interfere with play.
When we met with the manager, we told her how far we’d driven and she didn’t believe us… then we clarified that we were in the area anyhow, and had only driven from our hotel in Anaheim, and her faith was restored.
The holes are fun, we had a great time, and despite the volume and the blacklights, even Patrick wasn’t freaked out by the place. All in all a pretty sound trip and a fun place.
Went to the MonsterMini at the Rio in Vegas. It’s a pretty solid company, they do good designs.
