Quick Way to Balance the Road Trip Budget? Costco Cafe

One thing we’ll do to get some cheap grub on the road is find the nearest Costco. They’re practically everywhere, and they’ve got amazingly cheap and delicious food.

For example, be bought three polish dogs (with three drinks, including free refills,) plus two slices of pizza and a churro… for about $10. That’s just ridiculous.

Filling pizza at $1.99 a slice and dog/drink combos for $1.50 (the same price the dog was when they first opened their doors in the 1980s?) You can’t go wrong.

You won’t get to enjoy the local flavor, but if it’s a choice between $10 and $60, you might not even want to.

  1. THis is somehow new? Clearly you can save a bunch of money going this route, assuming you can get parking.
