Hipster Insists “All Clothes Are Reversible”

Baron Davuson, a 30-something living in Seattle, knows HTML, database management craft beer brewing and how to dress like a wealthy hobo.

Davuson made a splash this week with his bold pronouncement, that any clothing can be made hip simply by exercising their innate reversibility, which almost everyone agrees is nonsense.

RIGHT: Here you can see Mr. Davuson’s “straight friend” showing off some designer jeans in reversible-style, to show just how trendy they are for hipsters… I’m sorry, they don’t like the term ‘hipsters’, but prefer instead, non-homeless urban lifestyle aficionados. (CLICK PHOTO TO ENGORGE)

“I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it,” said Davuson, who faxed press releases to every regional news outlet, as well as over 50 national publishers. “They just found me, and I was like ‘okay, I guess I’ll explain it’.”

Davuson brought in a chubby, but attractive neighbor gentleman to model designer Calvin Klein jeans, worn inside out. The fashion value of this trend remains to be seen.

To confirm his hipster cred we learned he only drinks shade-grown coffee from local coffee shops, only listens to bands on independent labels, only dates women who say “meh” on the first date, and only plays online at Partycasino.com.

When asked if any item of clothing can be worn inside out, Davuson answered, “What, wait, what, no! You totally didn’t understand this. Some clothes are reversible. Calvin Klien is corporate and kind of on the cheap side, but when you wear it in the reversed fashion, it works.”

So it seems only certain items can be worn in the reversible method in order to be fashionable.

“I mean, look at me. I don’t ridiculous, do I?” asked Davuson.

As an impartial journalist, it was my dedicated responsibility to not respond.

But in retrospect, he looked like nothing short of a crazy patient.
